COVID-19 Pandemic, US elections, the UAE-Israel peace treaty
The Emirates Policy Center (EPC) organizes the Seventh Annual “Abu Dhabi Strategic Debate” (ADSD). This year’s event is scheduled to take place virtually with the participation of strategic experts, researchers and policy-makers from all over the world. H.E. Dr. Anwar Gargash, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, will deliver the keynote speech.
The debate will be held over three days from 9 to 11 November 2020. This year’s gathering will discuss the new trends and drivers of change that will play a key role in defining the features of the world and regional orders. These trends and drivers are: COVID-19 Pandemic, US elections, the UAE-Israel peace treaty.
This year’s ADSD discussions will be held via Zoom application which will be live streamed on the center’s account on all various social media platforms as well as on its YouTube channel. All panels will be in English and Arabic as there will be simultaneous interpretation for all discussions.
