Dans un document sur la loi 14-2004 sur la durée du travail au Qatar, l’OIT indique que la durée maximale hebdomadaire est de 84 heures au lieu de 48H. Qatarinfos.net réclame la rectification de cette erreur signalée par un de nos lecteurs.

Voici le texte de l’erreur que l’on trouve sur le site de l’OIT, article 73, loi N°14-2004 Qatar “The maximum ordinary working hours shall be eighty four hours per week at the rate of eight hours per day with the exception of the month of Ramadan when the maximum working hours shall be thirty six hours per month at the rate of six hours per day.”
Voici la rédaction réelle qu’il faudrait lire : Article 73 Loi N°14-2004 Qatar The maximum ordinary working hours shall be forty-eight hours per week, at the rate of eight hours per day throughout all months of the year, except for the month of Ramadan, when the maximum working hours shall be thirty-six hours per week at the rate of six hours per day.
Qatarinfos.net réclame la rectification de cette erreur aux responsables de l’Organisation Internationale du Travail.
